Roofing profiles
Our modern and powerful machinery allows us to manufacture a comprehensive range of high-quality, durable, and impressive roofing profiles. Our product range includes also installation accessories, lead-ins, roof safety products, and rainwater systems.
The profiled steel roof sheet – i.e., steel roofing – is light, weighing only about 4.5–6.0 kg/m2. That is why no special equipment is required for handling the sheets and lifting them to the roof and profiled steel can be used in renovation of old roofs as well. The profile sheets are made order-specifically to the correct length and, if necessary, delivered from the factory directly to the construction site. We use a calculation program for dimensioning the multiform roofs, in order to minimize waste. Measurements of the roof faces and instructions for the installation order for the sheets can be printed as necessary.
It is well known that colour-coated steel sheeting is an extremely durable building material that is easy to mould to the desired shape. The raw material we use consists of high-quality coated steel sheets; these are treated with several layers of coating. The colour coatings protect the sheet efficiently, and they maintain their tone. The technical characteristics vary according to the coating type selected. All colour-coated steel sheets are hot-dipped galvanized before the final coating is applied.
